Essential information for hirers
LH will retain your contact information. For regular bookers, this information will remain on file and updated when required.
For “one off” bookers this information will be deleted from our records within 60 days of the last booking.
Any information in our possession will be used for internal use only and will not be disclosed to third parties
We need this information so that we can log who is DBS checked (for safe guarding only), to enable users to book rooms on the Hallmaster system, and pay invoices.
